What happened
Micron Technology reported fiscal Q4 (ended Sept. 3) results Wednesday at ~4:36 PM ET that beat already-lofty estimates and raised the outlook. Adjusted EPS came in at $33.42 vs. the $31.72 FactSet consensus (up from $3.03 a year ago); revenue was $54.23 billion vs. $51.33 billion expected, up 379% year over year and Micron's first quarter above $50 billion in revenue. For fiscal Q1, Micron guided to adjusted EPS of $37.15-$39.15 on revenue of $60-$63 billion (midpoints $38.15 and $61.5 billion), vs. consensus $35.47 and $57.4 billion. CEO Sanjay Mehrotra called fiscal 2026 a record and said FY2027 should be even stronger; the board raised the quarterly dividend to $0.15, payable Oct. 29 to holders of record Oct. 14.
